A random msn message from SuperHeroShuz asking if i want to have a drink. Not realising that i had followed the LBKL tradition of drinking on a Tuesday [fondly remembered as Check List Tuesday because we had done a recce of a club for a JWBL event and led us to having quite a number of drinks after], i had agreed to have A drink at La Bodega with my colleagues after work.
AnBloodyMum had to trot along to pick up Sasha Pau from the child minder's place. So we did the honor of making our way up the road and ordering a drink. One drink, that's all i'll have. Since there was 3 of us drinking beer, i said... let's go for a jug. Fine. Soon the lil pau arrived and already everyone was taking turns to carry the lil thug.
It was like that game 'Pass the Parcel' only difference was it was with a baby and when it was time to pass it along was when she would start to let out some kind of cry. Then back to the mother she goes...
Our table was busy taking photos with the little one, i swear if anybody would look over, they might think that these women hadn't seen a baby before. Because out of no where camera's were busting out and the poor pau was a victim of random flashes. But what a poser she is because she'd instinctively turned her head when she'd see a camera... ehehehe... And would be eyeing the boys that walked past. She was VERY interested at the group of guys beside us, batting her eyelids and pouting to get their attention. It was very cute, i guess one is never too young.
The day time toned down and the night time shift came into gear. By that time the beer had been drank. The waiter came around to clear the empty dishes and to offer anymore drinks... those words spilled out of my mouth... "Yes please, one more jug... thanks."
Thinking that the others' were going to help with polishing it off. They soon left and i was left with the jug. Then FatherPhil arrives [SashaPau's 1st love of her life] and was glad that someone would help me with the beer.
...
Eventually everyone had gone their separate ways and MissSeniorPisces and i were left at the table since i couldn't just leave the beer alone, it HAD to be drunk. Ended up that FatherPhil had one glass and i did the table proud by finishing it off.
AND because i had bought a Cat Carrier and had it hidden behind my chair nobody had noticed it until i put it on the chair. And within seconds of putting it there, if you could the see faces of disapproval from the staff. It was like i had put a dead corpse on the chair. And in my alcoholic infused state, i muttered out, THERE'S NOTHING IN THERE! Yet they insisted to look from afar and try to sneak a peak inside. It was actually damn irritating.
But we left soon after and me and my intoxicated self came home with an empty carrier, food bowls and catnip filled toy.
Later on, Pboy messaged me on MSN and was trying to lure me to drink some more. And if he had asked me 15 minutes earlier i may have said yes but i had taken a shower and could not be arsed to get change. Yes, i said No to Johnnie Walker and had to take a rain check. I am so proud of myself.

I am SOOOOOOOOO gonna knit your cat something when you get it. Then, you will have to take a photo of your cat wearing said object.
